A quarantine of inspiration
It all started at the beginning of the coronavirus quarantine, when I decided to do a 10-day Instagram Live workout plan where I shared my 30-minute workouts with my Instagram followers for 10 days.
The workouts quickly took off. Everyone asked me to keep going past the 10-day mark and so I did. I created a YouTube channel to house my workouts and kept doing my live workouts 4 days a week (Mondays through Thursdays).
My approach to fitness aims at creating a long and lean body, like a dancer's. I've created my workouts based off of a combination of my dance and fit modeling background.
